Shipping & Fulfillment

Letters from Joseph is printed and assembled by  each month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly, and each edition is mailed on or around the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, editions will be mailed the next business day.

Once your letter has been mailed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Subscriptions are currently available within the United States. Shipping is included in the monthly price.

Most editions arrive within standard First-Class Mail delivery timeframes, though exact delivery dates may vary depending on location.

If your mailing address changes, you can update it at any time through your subscription portal before the next billing cycle.

If an edition does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
