Each Letters From Joseph edition is photographed, written and assembled by Greg, and mailed on the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, editions go out the next business day. You'll get an email the day yours is mailed.

How long it takes

Your letter travels by regular mail, the same way a letter from a friend would. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery in the United States and up to 21 business days internationally. Most arrive sooner. Holidays and winter weather can slow the mail down.

If your letter hasn't arrived

Letters are mailed without tracking. If yours hasn't arrived after 14 business days (21 internationally), email hello@lettersfromjoseph.com with your name and order number and I'll mail a replacement. One replacement per edition, as long as the address on your membership was correct when the edition was mailed.

Keeping your address current

Please keep the address on your membership up to date. If you move, update it in your account before the 10th so that month's edition goes to the right place. Editions mailed to an address that was entered incorrectly can't be replaced under this policy.

Damaged letters

If your edition arrives damaged, email a photo within 14 days and I'll send a replacement.
