Subscription & Cancellation
Monthly Billing
Letters From Joseph is a monthly subscription.
You are billed once per month on the same date as your original purchase.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. To avoid being charged for the next edition, cancellations must be completed before your next billing date.
Refunds
Each edition is printed and prepared in advance. Because of this, charges that have already been processed for the current month cannot be refunded once production has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review the situation.
Lost or Damaged Mail
If your letter is lost or arrives damaged, reach out and we will work with you to make it right.
